Gray Loft Gallery ~ California Society of Printmakers 101st Annual Members Show review by 48 Hills

Thanks to those of you who came to our opening reception for the
California Society of Printmakers
101st Annual Members Show

during the last 2nd Friday Art Walk!

We received a very nice review from 48 Hills, which you can check out here.
The exhibit is on display until February 7, and we hope you can come to Jingletown to checkout this extraordinary show.

The California Society of Printmakers was founded in San Francisco in December 1912 – in anticipation of the upcoming Panama-Pacific International Exposition of 1915 and announced in the San Francisco Chronicle on January 19, 1913 – the California Society of Printmakers is now the oldest continuously operating society of printmakers in the United States, if not the world.
Prints in the exhibition are original works of art (not digital prints)  and include woodcuts, etchings, screenprints, lithographs and monoprints by more than 25 accomplished printmakers.

More information about the society is available at www.caprintmakers.org,  and in the soon to be released e-book of CSP’s award-winning, limited-edition out-of-print book California Society of Printmakers: One Hundred Years, 1913-2013.
Gallery Hours:  Saturdays, 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Sundays and afternoons by appointment
